With great pleasure H.S.H. Gisela Bergmann, Princess of Liechtenstein,<\/a> awarded the fifth I&F Family Wealth Preservation Award to five students of the Executive Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Company, Foundation and Trust Law <\/a>at the University of Liechtenstein<\/a>. Adrian Vogler was awarded the first place with a prize of CHF 4,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students had to work on a fictitious case study for which they needed to develop an asset structure. The case study demanded a multi-layered approach and required a broad understanding of the intra-family situation and the objectives of the clients on which the case study was based, as well as of cross-border issues and different jurisdictions that had to be taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The winners are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st place: Adrian\u00a0Vogler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd place: Veronica\u00a0Hermes\u00a0<\/strong>and Lukas\u00a0Voellmecke<\/strong>\u00a0(group word)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3rd place: Katja\u00a0Moosleithner<\/strong>\u00a0and Dr. Miriam\u00a0Sch\u00fcssler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
