Prince Michael of Liechtenstein awarded <\/strong><br><strong>the sixth I&amp;F Family Wealth Preservation Award to three students of the <\/strong><br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.li\/de\/weiterbildung\/formate\/masterstudiengaenge-ll.m.-mba\/ll.m.-gesellschafts-stiftungs-und-trustrecht\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Company, Foundation and Trust Law <\/a><\/strong><br><strong>at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.li\/de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University of Liechtenstein<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The students had worked on a fictitious case study for which they needed to develop an asset structure. The case study demanded a multi-layered approach and required a broad understanding of the intra-family situation and the objectives of the clients, on which the case study was based. Cross-border issues and different jurisdictions also had to be taken into account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The winners are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1st place: Leander\u00a0<strong>Seyb<\/strong>\u00a0<br>2nd place: Corinna <strong>R\u00fcffer<\/strong><br>3rd place: Dr. Klaus <strong>Jachmann<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We <\/strong>at Industrie- und Finanzkontor <strong>congratulate all winners<\/strong> on their impressive achievements <strong>and would like to thank our partner, the University of Liechtenstein<\/strong>, for this important cooperation between science and practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Photo @ Paul Trummer, Mauren (LI)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Photo caption (f.l.t.r.):<\/strong> H.S.H.
