With great pleasure H.S.H. Prince Michael of Liechtenstein awarded
the sixth I&F Family Wealth Preservation Award to three students of the
Executive Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Company, Foundation and Trust Law
at the University of Liechtenstein.
The students had worked on a fictitious case study for which they needed to develop an asset structure. The case study demanded a multi-layered approach and required a broad understanding of the intra-family situation and the objectives of the clients, on which the case study was based. Cross-border issues and different jurisdictions also had to be taken into account.
The winners are:
1st place: Leander Seyb
2nd place: Corinna Rüffer
3rd place: Dr. Klaus Jachmann
